Actually, i killed normal Giratina in the Distortion World and after i soft reset the game in front of Giratina in the Turnback cave, and, after all, it appear shiny, Both Giratinas (D.World and Turnback Cave) are different, if you would save the game after killed him, the giratina in the Turnback Cave can be Shiny if you soft reset again

If you kill it, is it really the exact same Giratina that respawns? I've killed a couple of legendaries in HG/SS and they all get new natures and IVs, but I'm not sure about how it works in Platinum. I've heard people say they get new stats in Platinum as well.
