I loved Vancouver. Some say it was just another street circuit, but there always something about it that made me love it. It's a shame they won't be able to race here again, I've heard that they've built new buildings over the old paddock and frontstretch to accomodate the 2010 olympic winter games.
Because they don't understand that passion and emotion is what sells sports. They simply seem to not give a shit. It's just as much the networks & producers fault for not plugging people in that could get emotional and get people excited about open wheel in america.

Paul Page and Johnson in a booth would be magic for open wheel in the US. What we're forced to deal with on Versus now for Indy is horrible

I'm reluctantly disagreeing
Give me Paul Page, Bobby Unser and Sam Posey
Then Parker Johnstone
I grew up with the Page/Unser/Posey team at the Indy 500

How come we don't have announcers in the US that are as passionate about the sport as this man?

So you mean Paul Page isn't/wasnt?

Page was awesome, too bad he moved over to NHRA.

He was just as good calling the X-Games rally the other day
He NEEDS to move back to mainstream sports (not that drag racing isn't popular, but....), the ratings would soar.
I feel like suggesting it on his blog

@HollywoodSheen Page had to witness a horrible crash in 1999.
