  • nice but please dont whistle

  • MashAllah. So beautiful, jazakaAllah khair.

  • can u give the tabs???

  • beautiful song

  • Sonofthenile; May Allah bless you for this beautiful song. May Prophet Muhammad Pbuh give you a drink from Kauthir. Your intention is clear in the beauty of your voice. You love both Allah and His Rasul. Therefore don't worry over the comments regarding halal/haram. Inshallah you will be blest on the purity of your intention.

  • @hajjashali i wihs more ppl gave comments like this

  • @hajjashali AMEEN!!

  • Brilliant work brother

  • think you should ignore certain comments, you did wonderful! chokran!

  • can u please do it on piano

  • No duff is permissible in islam!!

  • There is a hadith that the Prophet (saw) allowed duff. This is mentioned in Bukhari.

  • Wslm brother, you are right, but please, can you give the context and why ibn Abbaas said this? And did the Prophet (saws) said it or ibn Abbaas?

  • ur also haram, chill out man, the people of medina greeted the propophet with the daff and the prophet said nothing, who is more reliable the prophet or abd allah ibn abbas (may allah be pleased with them all)

  • Can you give me the chords for this?

  • ditto

  • ASSALAMUALAIKUM

everything we use can use in two ways ,

firstly to use it in a positive way

second.. to use it in negative way

    eg

wine is negative in case it is drunk for pleasure

and positive wen taken as amedicine

    similarly

music is nt forbidden to praise ALLAH

while it is forbidden to praise worldly matters

  • Plus, our ummah has much, MUCH more pressing issues to debate than the haramness of little petty things such as music, or length of a beard, or what is the proper method of wudu.

We have brothers and sisters that are not getting the spiritual support. We need to improve our iman as a collective community, realize that ultimately, all matters rest in the hands of Allah, and the improvement of one's individual self.

These are more important issues than worrying about the "little harams".

  • By the same token, having a girlfriend is generally agreed upon to be haram. Does this mean that men and women are not to speak or interact with eachother? If yes, then what kind of communication would such a community have? If a relationship between a man and a woman is done in such a way that it does not lead to an absolute haram, then there should not be a problem with it.

  • Music would fall under category number 2. If the music calls onto the worship of Allah, or other Islamically reccomended activities, then how can it be haram, since music is not amongst the absolute forbidden acts?

  • See there are two main categories of what is considered haram. 1) Absolutely forbidden (such as zina, alcohol, shirk) and 2) Using something in the wrong way such that it may lead to an absolute haram (having a girlfriend in the western sense, going to parties where alcohol is present, attending a satan worshiping temple)

  • In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

    Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

now i have enough information about " music is haram in islam". if someone need it pls send to me your email addres

  • i wonder if the dude singing this is muslim?

if he is, he seems to have no respect for the principles of islam.

Tala Al Badru Alayna is an ISLAMIC nasheed and you have made it in to a song for your own entertainment.

Its a shame cos u have a nice voice and many people would appreciate this nasheed more if you did it without guitar or even just sang a non islamic song.

    Have some respect man :/

    may Allah guide you

  • mashallah this sounds well nice! i wish i could play musical instruments :(

  • assallam allekum pakistanigal .

Music and musical instruments are harram in Islam. so we have no right to change Harram and Hallal even though we like it or we dont like it. just like a traffic red signal, even though we don't like it but we have to stop there.

we just obey and change our wishes under the light of Holy Quran

  • hw r they haram?? i really dont understnd music sounds so beautiful...hw cn it be haram? n if it was it wud'uv been mentioned in the quran...

  • music is not haram it is sin, if u listen to music for a moment, iz ok, but if u make it ur hobby, u will go deep into music u will get addicted to music, as we call in urdu GHAFLAt, then it is sin because it will make the person senseless and take him in fantasies and beer is also haram only because it makes a man senseless and take him into fantasies.

  • music is just as haram as a man not having a beard, men and women shaking hands, or not praying sunnah.

It's not mentioned in the quran, but a recommendation made in some ahadith.

It's like trying to say that witr prayer is fard, when in fact it is sunnah, yet recommended.

May Allah guide us all, even those of us who may think we are. Ameen.

    Peace to everyone.

  • very nice song btw, it's calm peaceful and innovative. keep up the good work brother.

  • naaa i dnt believe its haram...i knw there are hadith tht prove tht sum music may be haram...bt there are also hadith 2 prove tht music isn't haram...n at the end of the day...it's up2 allah whether e forgives our sins or nt....n allah knws our intention...

  • please send me da hadith wid reference, i will inquire about it from a mufti i know. he is one of pakistan's biggest muftis, who joins conferences held in karachi and saudi arabia with mufti e azam

  • i aint gt da fatwa nemre...n i really dnt undastnd y this music business is a big issue...we as muslims hav gt mre things to worry bout than these trivial matters...

  • according to Hazrat Ali RA the biggest sin is the one which is considered as small by the doer of that sin.

  • it is harram to use any string interment and your useing it in a nasheed IT IS HARRAM

  • I have heard so many virsions of this .but alhamdullillah this is so lovely & different, very grown up. Like your voice and style a lot. Very uplifting it literally rocks. Love what you have done. Just love love love your voice. Cat stevens in his heyday would have been challenged for the number 1 spot on the charts.

Plse plse plse post more. Enjoyed it immensley - great voice.

  • Jazak Allahu khairun bro. This my niece's bedtime song (It used to be Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours" so this is DEF a different genre for her ;)

  • OMA it doesnt sound nice with that guitar---stughforallah those musical instruments shudnt be included with nasheeds...and nasheeds honestly sound nicer with OUT them!

  • this nasheeds is sooooo nice i like it alot..

This nasheeds makes me soo happy it really reflect me that who i am and that is MUSLIM

  • best song thanks for the ulowd

  • Very beautiful version of the great classic. The soft guitar goes very well with it and you sing it well.

  • its a very great misconception that people look through Islam as something to be afraid off.Allah is a very loving God.he loves all of us no matter what religion we have - Muslims, Jews, and Christians ; we all worship ONE GOD as it is written in the Qur'an Surah Al-AnKabut.Assalamu alaikum to all!

  • alhamdulillah!this dude right here is using his talent for the glory of Allah!=)this is how we should reach out to those unpenetrable hearts of people.through music,we can share to them whom Allah really is.

  • Thats like saying traveling by anything other than foot, horse, donkey, camel, or mule is not allowed in Islam. One sided duff is also a musical instrument. It produces vibration sounds which is music. It was the instrument of choice at the time of Prophet (PBUH), does not mean the rest are haraam.

  • guitar isnt allowed in islam only daff a one sided drum

  • salam mslimumah, i know there's hadith say any instrument with string or something like that is forbidden or not allowed.. but did u know what event that bring the hadith out?at the age of the Prophet (PBUH), usually when there's travellers come playing string instrument (heard music playing), it means maksiat is coming (prostitute and anything like that).. so now, we use this musical instrument for good, it's still forbidden???

  • correct me if i am wrong

are you using 3 chords ?

    G, Em and D ?

  • Alhamdullilah :)

Hmm.. guitar... nasheed. hmmm "alhamdullilah applauds you"

  • please check articles about prohibiton of music by searching "hadith about music" in google

  • nice strummin' brotha!

    Salam!

  • Music is not permited in Islam and our prophet hated Music. Music was invented by IBLEES (Shaitan).

  • Peace!

First of all, music was not invented by iblees.

    2nd: don't capitalize iblees...

3rd: Your ass listens to music everyday, on TV(news, weather report, everything)

the sound of birds is music, so what do u say?

Also the reason Muhammed (SPBUH)hated(more liek disliked) music is because people at the time were having parties and dancing, etc...with music all around and shit.

But this dude right here is different, he's playing a good song and there are no girls dancing around him.

    Peace!

  • MUHAMMAD PBUH did not say that he hate music, MUHAMMAD PBUH never ordered anything for his own personal purpose, MUHAMMAD PBUH conveyed ALLAH's messages and it was also ALLAH's message... If iblees or dajjal can bring people on wrong path, then cant they invent music??? in other words,... they can compell a man to sing and to listen to music. and if u listen to music, dont u will to dance??? that is why music is related to dancing and u urself said that dancing is sin.......

  • Since when did Iblees have the power to invent something?

Go look up what the Zabur was composed of? WIND PIPE INSTRUMENTS WERE USED BY HAZRAT DAWOOD to accompany the Zabur. OH MY..What are you trying to say... and there is SAHIH Hadiths that allow the Daf (drum). Are you saying that it is made by Iblees?

  • only TABLAH is halal, other instruments are haram.....

  • masha allah.ur playing r so beautiful.

so as the song.may allah bless u and

    grant u the greatest reward.

  • mansha allah brother this is a wonderful version of dala al badru calayna and i really enjoyed it, only those who have love for the prophet can feel this greatness, but others wouldn't because they have generated to much hate of the prophet and cannot hear good thinks being told about the prophet. so brother again thank you very much for this wonderful nasheed.

  • Macha allah,it's very beautiful the way you play guitar.

    Asalamoe 'alaykoem
