The lyrics are based on the work of H.P. Lovecraft, a weird stories writer.

His life and death were violent ones and thats the idea behind the you will never rest in peace I guess.

Most of the song is referring to his work or the pantheon of gods that he created.

Things like the music of Erich Zann, and the dagon's realms are reference to his work.

H.P.Lovecraft himself became idolized only after his death and he is regarded as one of the beginners of the modern horror books.

I got into septic Flesh´s arcane,mythological and obscure reigns and dominions since late ´94 when I firstly listened to their cult debut album(Mystic Places) and it quite suffocated me postively due their aggression,unsual and historical lyrics and awesome arrangements.Moreover, I was in touc,by letters,with several true bloodbrothers worldwide as Blackheim of Katatonia,Stephan Necroabyssious of Vararathron,I came from Darkness zine(Finland),Fear of life zine(Holland),Rotting zine(Portugal).
