  • WAY TO RUIN A SONG STUPID RICH BLACK PEOPLE

  • Leave it to the wannabe hoodrats to ruin a classic by thuggin it up! :/

  • Love this song. I remember listening to the original on the bus to 8th grade way back in 87. Its just a really catchy bass line. What can you say? Its just catchy. ba-ba ba ba ba ba ba-ba. ba-ba ba ba-ba. Love it.

  • I gotta dance when I hear this every time.

  • mixin old skool w/ new skool. nice :)

  • uh oh.......50 found my weakness! always gunna love any song that samples sum nu shooz

  • disgraceful. stealing old song samples once again! man has any artists got any originality nowadays! clearly not.

  • @20minutenapman Yeah but think about it, the Artist gets "Paid". Also, they weren't the only act to do this. Diddy when he was Puff Daddy sampled everyone from Gloria Estefan to David Bowie. The Black Eyed Peas sampled Lisa Lisa Cult Jam and Full Force and Bill Medley. Also, this song was one of the Best Songs in the 1980's being a hit on The Pop, Soul, and Dance Charts. Even when I go to what's known as an Old School Party, every time they play this song, people still go crazy.

  • This is the first sound of summer for me, this will be the soundtrack of summer 11' - shit 25 years, I am knocking on a bit too!!

I remember dancing to can't wait in my school socks on the grass tennis courts and getting bollocked for it!!

  • 25 years ago. Shit i'm knocking on.

  • Awesome Mix...

  • @JoQuiLin77 thanks a lot. Check out my blog link is in description.

  • my old school jam! 2/28/11

  • this is the shit! alittle bit of this and a little bit of that

  • @deejayziggy haha thank you. That's the idea right...

  • smashing!!!

  • Yes, the origlnal song is " I can`t wait " By, Nu Shooz" 1986. It`s still poppin...

  • Glad I'm not the only one who realized that this beat was also stolen from a previous generation. Can't anybody make their own sound anymore?

  • @MrTRexx09 While sampling certainly is the backbone on which hip hop was created I too miss the days of yore in which you could hear real musicians playing real instruments, not just as a sub-genre of pop music.
