Two magenets which oppose each other exert a force which allows it to maintain a distance between it. The Gyro spinning motion causes an artificial gravity (force) has it spins which acts to stabalise it. If this were the effect of anti gravity the gyro would float away. The video shows this is not the case so instead there are two forces of gravity working. Earths gravity and the motion of the spinning which creates another force of gravity. magnets can not oppose each other without down force

it's not making gravity, the spinning just keeps it centered, because the magnet would usually push it off to one side, but since it's spinning the side it wants to push off it in every direction, so it stays in the center...

A magnet from the base repels a magnet located on the outer ring on the spinning top. As soon as the magnet at the base repels the magnet on the top, the flying object becomes a gyroscope, and as such maintains it's spin axis, thus creating the balance.

I cant explain it but you can buy them in many catalogs like Johnson-Smith, Fisher-Scientific, Spencer Gifts etc. Its a gyroscopic spinning top that involves magnetism. Pretty common.
