This was recorded between 1:15pm and 1:30pm central time when CBS Network was airing The Talk so it was during a CBS Network program and not a local syndicated show. It was off of COX Cable.
Well, the fidelity is excellent, but I have to ask: Did you get this countdown off a satellite feed, or is this the way they actually open the special report? Because of the way it's designed, it seems a local station could take this intro at anytime following the "2" disappearing. Whatever the case, thanks very much for posting this. It's excellent!

Sometimes they use a five-second countdown.
