Hello, is it possible for me to watch this old gents videos? I'm hoping someone has or somewhere I can find them as I believe his account has been closed which is a big shame as I would liked to have learned from them. Wonder why the account was closed? Was his widow getting nasty abuse? Hope you will reply. Paul

Don't know if this has been posted already, but this warm man was a legend in Boston -- his name is Martin Slobodkin, and he was one of the city's great, eccentric characters. You can read his obit by going to the Boston Globe site and doing a search. It sounds like he died peacefully.

I myself am not a person who cares about other people's death, sorrow, saddness and the such,

especially for random people, however, I find it quite dissapointing that a 24 years old talks like that, bashing a senior citizen and her late husband.

Of course, most chances are you are just a teenager faking his age, and just quite depressed from life, and you take your anger on some random old woman.

The night that I recorded this I was pretty much at a loss for words. The behavior of some of the kiddies on Martin's profile really upset me but at least thousands of new viewers have gotten to see Martin's videos.

That was truly a beautiful tribute to a wonderful man, who has seen it all and wanted to share his experiences with those of us who could only imagine the horrors and heartbreaks he saw and yet he was still pure of heart. RIP

Ironically, I didn't get to "know" Martin until after his death and watching his wife Teresa's video. This was a really nice gesture to Teresa. Thanks for sharing.
