@xXEGO11Xx In box lacrosse, People would shoot really really hard if they were the size of outdoor lacrosse goals. They made it harder for box lax players to shoot, so it wasnt so hard 95% of the time. And when players do shoot hard, the goalies have all of the big heavy pads on them so it doesnt hart much,

the worst/scariest/most dangerous part was at 1:05 when the guy tosses the other player and starts ponding on his face when the guy has no self defense, if i was someone on the bench i woulda snuffed that guy real quick. its jus ignorant to keep pounding on some guys face once you have him on the ground, especially in like a hockey fight. once hes down on the ground its all said and done.
