It's a pain to find him. The portal to get there is by the dagganoth north-west in the chaos tunnels. You have to do a mini game first tho. You can only attempt to kill him once a day :)

i just killed him myself, he was a bitch to find, but the fight was fairly easy, if u have prayer off, bork can hit 37+?
