How do I have the labels printed with Company only...Every time I open the print view it lists the names in my address book plus the Company name on 2 lines...

@linaanuzis There isn't any way to do this that I know of. You're ready for labeling software from a 3rd party that gives you more control of your data and the printouts.

@candyherr1, The post office doesn't like centered addresses, so there's no setting for that. Their machines are designed for left justification, and envelopes with centered addresses have to be sorted by hand!

If you don't see the option, make sure you have the Show Details arrow open. Depending on your operating system, it's either next to the printer selector, or you have a Show Details button.
