Spaying and neutering your pet does not just prevent unwanted litters. Unfixed animals are more likely to bite than fixed. Most animals they run away are unfixed animals because their hormones are telling them to look for a mate. You aren't doing an animal a disfavor by fixing them. You are simply removing the desire to mate which, as a house pet, they will most likely be unable to fulfill.

I spent 2 years living in Argentina where they do not castrate their animals due to the country being mostly catholic. There they have a huge stray dog problem, roaming streets with no food and little water. This is where we found our 2 dogs, who now live with us back in the UK, both castrated, off the streets.

My human is doing the typing so be kind, he isn't very bright. I don't care for my own shit, that just isn't right, but cats do make some tasty little nuggets even if the sneaky bastards keep trying to hide it under the sand in the desert box. My old humans stole my balls too, so I found this guy and he would never do that to me, even though he does laugh at me when I scratch my back with a good roll on the floor. So I bite him, that always is best.

Marc is an old friend, and produced the ditty way back in 2004 specifically for the film. So we weren't trading off his recent success and reputation. The music is a major part of the film's identity, and is a certainly a charming track, but at the time, there was no reason to shout about it as singular part of the overall process...thanks for noticing though!

I think it's just cos on old version found it's way up here. All the TV spots and festivals he has been fully credited. Also if you check Dog Years Chapter 2 he also has a Magic Arm credit and on Atom's website (which are linked to from the Dog years website) Dog Years 1 and 2 he has a name credit. Sometimes these things just find there way up on YouTube and you can't swap it.

Oh the world of credit politics. :-)

Castration is carried out under a full anaesthetic and the dogs recover quite quickly....but sadly, choker chains are a misery for them daily every time they are walked :(

Not if you never choke them. You need proper training to use a choker chain, and if you do, you'll probably never use it. Then why put in your dog?
