Thank you for the post. This is a great testimonial. Why didn't the buyer and seller meet? I feel as though I have the skill but this video is encouraging on getting it done. Now I understand how she found the buyer and seller.

@raybonent As long as the buyer is willing to come in first, fund the deal and sign their docs, the seller can come in later and they never meet.
