It did not work for me. I exported it and it created a file on my desktop. When I double-clicked the icon, I was asked which program I wanted to use to read the file. Adobe couldn't open it. You didn't which program to use to open it. I right-clicked a file icon, clicked properties then customize then change icon then browse then choose to open the new file I named 'money'. It told me "The file C:\Users\Billy\Desktop\money.i­co contains no icons. Do you have a more detailed video?

Mac Users:

To create icons install the Developer Tools include with you Mac OS X CD,

Launch Icon Composer

Drag your 512X512 image into composer and Save.

This will create the mac icon file (.icns)
