You're right it was a Phil and Friends show. I have this CD though and I could have sworn I got it from the library, though I was wrong once so far this post so maybe I got it from archive.org. Either way it's a really good set if you can get your hands on it.

Yeah this CD is pretty good, it's commercially available by the way. I got mine for free from the public library system, which has some pretty good stuff probably no matter what library you belong to. Definately some deep stuff in my library in central Wisconsin. I believe the Dead went by the Other Ones for this show, no Bill or Mickey! Definitely my favorite Dead song!!!!!! What a beautiful, beautiful tune, especially the Dozin' At The Knick version:)

This was a 1+/- hour benefit concert for the Berkeley Music School, Phil's Alma Mater. I don't think they took it on the road.

There was one, although Bob broke out the acoustic for 1st-set tunes throughout the year and on until The Last One in July '95.
