this is an aikido technique that Gozo shioda loved using.

i tihnk it became famous from him mostly.

its called ikkyo.

i guess some tai chi people use it to.

Shioda Sensei was absoutely remarkable.

However; "Qinna", (i.e. 'joint-locking', which is being demonstrated here by Master Chenyu, {along w/ "Fajin"}), predates the creation of Aikido by several thousand years...
