a couple of issues with this...first you should've made the house layer hide some of the raindrops.

The raindrops are falling at the wrong angle...check your wind settings.

Also, add a bit of wiggle to the camera and some shallow depth of field to the particles. Really punches it out.

Not bad, a little weird how the rain slows down in mid air, and that odd area where there was no rain. Also it seems to curve as it falls, it's too angled. I can see this being really cool especially mixed with the CC Mr. Mercury effect for making drops on the screen. Mind posting a tutorial or linking to the tutorial you watched to get this effect?
