You need some mineral content to make good tasting espresso. Good tasting water = good espresso. Distilled water will produce flat poor tasting espresso, and can be corrosive in your boiler. You should use properly softened water either by a water softener or bottled water like Poland Spring.
I just bought the Mini Vivaldi II and it looks great! However I have no idea how to do the initial set up. Also my water is very hard so would you suggest using distilled water instead? Could you do a video on how to do the initial set up? Thanks!
