Nope! The railway doesn't want broken down nuclear trains littering the network for obvious reasons. Double power is regulation on flask trains!

@UrbanGuitarists as a general rule Diesel electric loco's are far more efficient than just diesel powered. they are only spinning a generator instead of moving the actual train.
And the reason two were needed is that the nuclear flasks weigh 100 tonnes each.
