9 Years ago today, we lost 343 brothers and sisters in a horrific terrorist attack. This attack lead to the war we are still fighting today. Today I want each of yous to thank a Firefighter, Police Officer, EMT, or Military Personel for what they have done. For the sacrifice they made, I think it's the least we can do.

the story behind this painting is that a dad has just gotten on to fdny and it was his first day he got his first fire and it turned out to be at his wifes friends house and his wwife and duaghter were there and he realized his duaghter was still in the buildin went in and got her and the roof started collapsing when he got down to the second floor so he jumped out the window and saved his very own duaghters life......truly a hero

I think what makes this video so amazing is not only is this unremarkable but my daddy Michael A. Massari showed this to me and had me listen to the song hero and it was unbelievable how much this meant to him, he was a firefighter when he was younger, he died June 27, 2009 and i am so glad that i can watch this knowing how much impact it had on him. i am his 16 year old daughter and i thank you for giving me the chance to feel close to my true hero again. i love and miss you daddy!

this guy is an amazing painter...everytime i watch this video the memories of 9/11 flood back into my head. i was only 8 at the time...but i remember that day better than i remember any other day of my life (besides today of course haha). i was only 7 on 9/11. and i also remember that day better than any other. I was in 1st grade and i remember the principle coming on the intercom telling us to turn our tvs to channel 13. Tragic, really devastating.
