Thats Paul Johnson a good mate of mine and a major artist in his own right, we were doing some tunes together at the time. the original vocalist Byron Stingly from 10 City (one of my all time favourite vocalists) was unable to get over from the states in time for the TOTP performance but we kept in touch by phone, which was nice!
