I was just looking to listen to the Lisa Gerard tune, nothing more. I listened to it a few times before even looking at the video. I feel what you're talking about. You've captured a special moment here. The grass in the wind is perfect, and the slow, purposeful walk conveys deep meaning. Combined with the profound music, we seem to have unexpectedly stumbled upon something quite beautiful.
I can feel the emotion! I really like what you did here.. Interesting, and I like what you said about how the high grass, seeing individually..Alive and happy, oneness by realization of being individual, perfect music w/film

we should all let our lawns grow. good for the wildlife , and lawn mowers and leafblowers leave behind a huge carbon footprint, my neighbor lets her lawn grow to a meadow and it is beautiful, blowing in the wind , and the grass seeds blow and re seed . praying mantis up to deer are visting her front lawn , people think the house is in forcloseure , but i know its just her way of saving the planet. i read the 1st book in ringing cedars and now i want to go to Siberia. or florida .
i really like what you saw, and how you showed it, i get reminded constantly im "different" then others, in how i live my life, and am, compared to other humans, so that it had nothing but pictures, was a nice experience, ofcourse coming from your comment on oneness, to this video helped me alot, in getting what it was about, again very nice job and thanks for giving me a glimse of your "vision" =))
When I first watched this, without reading your info, I didn't fully grasp what you were trying to portray. After reading what you wrote, I then truly understood how magnificent your video is. Amazing metaphor!
I was walking in the park and as I looked at the grass this realization came onto me -- so I rushed home to get the camera and that's what came out. As you pay close attention you may notice how the grass and wind are playing along to the musical piece "Reiputa" which is from the album of Lisa Gerrard "Whale Rider". I just placed the piece of music into the movie and stretched the clip to the length of the sound clip and the magic happened without me planning it. Can you feel the emotion....
The new consciousness is represented through the wild grass -- which is untouched and in its original state -- look at it, it's still One with the cut grass, but you can see individuals in it -- and they are beautiful, they look alive and happy and the law is not making them One by force but One through Oneness of realization of individualism...
Our old consciousness is represented by the cut grass -- with all the laws of our society which brought us down from our full potential to this dead looking, boring state of existence, where everyone is the same because individualism is not celebrated into Oneness.
