@rizzlablu Actually I have never been on New Years, but I do hear so many people make the trip every year. Amsterdam is such a great city to celebrate anything. Make sure you have some warm clothes : )

This is how they are working toward putting the coffeeshops out of business....if they can shut down your supply or reduce it so prices are through the roof....the coffeeshops are done.....what these cops and the government cronnies don't seem to understand is tax dollars lost. I guarantee they won't be able to run that town on beers sales....stupid people!!

@MooseheadDrinker We stay at various hotels in the city center including, Krasnopolsky, NH Carlton, NH City Center and a few more. We use priceline to get a good rate, usually about $100 U.S. dollars a night.
