first question should be who built it. take me for example, i am a builder (recently lost my license) i consistently change my business name. this way creditors or homeowners with warranty issues can't track me down. my home forclosed, but before the bank took possession, i cleaned it out. once the new owner moved in, i sold everything back to him for CASH. am i the kind of builder you would want building your home??
