The wapour around the wings are formed because of atmospheric conditions in combination with him pulling G's wich generates a lot if underpressure on the top side of the aforementioned wings. Passing Mach 1 at that altitude that close to to civilization would most likely break every single window in those houses in the background.
@Tjita1 This is what is known as a transonic flight. The vapor cone that you can see around the aircraft is the effect as predicted by the Prandtl-Glauert singularity and proper atmospheric conditions to allow the condensation to occur. While you're right that the aircraft itself did not break the sound barrier, the air flowing around the aircraft did. The vapor cone isn't vapor from a vortex from maneuvering the plane.
