vanessama I am just a 5'6 white guy and I am able to dunk on 11 foot rims. Anybody can do it, just use the right workout. I personally followed the one over at "50inch vertical (dot) com" but any training prog is good if they work (which many do not)

this was a decent cross over, but i think people overexaggerate how much ankle breaking there was. Jordan still was able to contest the shot. Iverson has had like 100 better ones.
