jagex likes everything to be the same? mostly true but there have been few exceptions example: prayer is the only skill you can't level up by doing the skill, hp is the only skill that starts at level 10... just cuz dundeoneering has a max of 120 doesn't mean they have to change every other skill to match it they just have too many floors they had to raise the limit

yeah, exactly the same happened to me multiple times. I think it's a deliberate glitch, of sorts (JaGeX did this on purpose). I doubt they'd actually change them all to 120 though, coz it'd look weird.

I think that all skills will in time be raised to 120 sooner or later. There will be a new cape released and everyone will keep the 99 capes. It's something they might do later on to keep the game going for players that have all 99's.

This really is not that bad, think about it. You have Dungeoneering and it goes to 120, but it also goes to 99, and you get a cape for both of them. Well I look at it as, as long as I still get my 99 cape when I hit 99 then I don't care if they change it. I also think that it's a good idea, because we as players are not getting reward for pushing our selfs to get more XP after we have alright got 99. If anything, I think people that get 200m in a skill should get a cape, and a no life prize. :D
