1)The dog is perfectly calm almost waiting for a command,just looking at him,all of the sudden he runs away  (he let him run away)

2)He calls the dog in a very calm(no energy,bad acting,or laziness) make me thing that he do not want the dog to come back (not just yet)

3) walking conveniently to the site where he would find the amazing scenario , he keep calling the dog with no energy what so ever

my explenation would be, the woman in orange was holding a rope, that by a simple system of a pulley (the rope + tree branch = pulley) the girl was held up. they were most likeley just playing around, as they saw the guy, they got scared, the orange woman dropped the pulley ( which is the said : moving tree in background) and they ran away, thinking they would be in trouble becuase they were "ruining" a tree and doing something somewhat dangerous.
