I don't quite understand what you guys are talking about, due to the fact that one of the posts look like they have been deleted, but I play a balance druid and my guild is currently running ToC 25s. It is very common for me to hit between 13-18k starfires depending on group buffs and trinket procs. I personally have hit a 33.5k starfire on the twin val fight with the damage buff. If you watch my first video ToC 25 Twin Val, you can clearly see at the beginning one of my starfires land for 19k without empowered darkness. My SF were only landing for 15 in this fight because of group comp and a new gear set i was experimenting with

Oh yeah 20k starfires are normal on that, I was talking about 18k starfires normally, with no super boss buffs or anything, that guy was saying how he has those, which is outright falsehood
