Ultor is just a fake company that that company uses in there games as a generic company that they can do anything with like try to remove all crime and expand majorly in saints row or just be a sponsor like in ufc, but it's supposed to be a different company in each game just with the same name/logo.

I felt like SR1 and SR2 basically had the same point. you have to do activities play from three different story lines. and New gangs appear out of no where. SR1 was fine by doing that but SR2 should of swiched up the gameplay a little. I hope SR3 is a whole different experience.
