I live in Canton too,a freshman at Canton. I want to seriously start parkour, any tips on where and how to train. Like progession, spots, and any gyms to train at that are somewhat near Canton
I was like these guys are just some more guys who do parkour who have no flow in their runs, but I was wrong lol That was pretty good guys! I actually have nobody to train with, otherwise nobody to spot me, or talk to:P
