i caught my groudon after a battle of 4 hours existing mostly out of false swipes and all my pokeball throwing! (btw i caught it in a pokéball after 142 thrown balls!

In sapphire I caught Kyogre and Rayquaza, without hurting them (only paralysis from Shroomish, at Lv9 at the time) and didn't use the Master Ball either time.

Actually, make that both Kyogre and Rayquaza. Shroomish had the quick claw so it could land the first move. Quite handy, isn't it?
