@yankeemanjoe2 I assume itd work with almost anything, it just might be hard to find the center of gravity and balance it. Go to cheesycam . c o m , it's a great site and emm, the creator reviewed this thing and knows all about it.
Hey i recently bought Flycam exactly the same as yours, one question! can u please explain how to control this thing? i balance it perfectly, but when i run it's just become uncontrolable, it just start spinning around in radom directions.
more than 3 days i can't get it fixed ;( i am using canon rebel t3i 600d with a canon compact-macro lens 50mm... i need to figure out a way to it it soon or i will very useless...
so the nano will hold the weight of a t2i and a tokina 11-16? ebay guides recommend that i buy the specific 'DSLR' nano cam which is about $50 more. but i see you're working with the nano mini version and it's holding that canon just fine.
can you assure me that this nano model will be okay for my canon?
so do you raccomend it for the 550d right? i'm looking for a videocamera and i was thinking to buy 550d but im still not sure, ive been told a lot of different things about it... is it good for shoot little sketch and short films? and is it ok to put 5 disk in the front and 5 in the back for the 550d?
@FoVITIS Schaukelt? Er fuchtelt damit ziemlich fies rum, so operiert man das Ding nicht, es ist ein worst-case-test, und es hält sich noch gaaanz gut für so ein kleines Ding!
I just got mine and wow. it really IS a pain in the ass to balance. it goes off balance at the slightest change. Right now i have it almost balanced i think ( It looks almost balanced but I'm not sure about it. ) :\
I doubt that you'll ever get it balanced correctly. Flycam states that the max weight is 700 grams (1.5 LBS). You have more than double that on it. It's amazing that you got it as good as you did. A DMC-GF1 is more appropriate for that model.
Hey, great review , Thanks a lot! :) I'm planning on buying one, i have a t2i also, do you think is worth buying the arm wrist also? is it heavy or no?
I just got mine today in the post, and i was wondering, is it possible to adjust the main poll position. Meaning can you extend the poll downwards to make it longer???
Exactly how much does your camera setup weigh? I was thinking of buying the same product for my 7D, which with it`s current lens weighs in at 1440 grams (3.17465 pounds) Do you think it will work?
@charliebaetj It is a custom wooden handle i made outta wood and black wrap!

Great review!! Would it work with a canon 60D 17-55mm f2.8?
PelecanDesign 4 months ago
@PelecanDesign Yeah, probably, but you won't be able to zoom or focus (unless you have 3 arms) so you'd want to set it at like F8 or something.
cheesycam . c o m has a video on this and a billion people asked about camera-lens combos. It might help.

Also, would you recommend this type of stabilizer over the Hague MMC (Merlin) style?
