@sonianoviango do you have any idea how much it is to keep a campus the size of psu running? if you feel this strongly about the gym, i don't see why it's such a big deal to just pay the $100 for the year membership. This seems like an excuse for you not to go to the gym.
@pjm5100 actually i do, I'm in finance, and all I do is study money. last year PSU had 1 billion 203 million dollars in pure cash sitting in the bank. by the way psu spends the majority of its money on research and the medical center, not its students. PSU is a business not a school. By the way, not every one can afford to go to the gym, and the price is more than $100. Are you even in college, are u a freshman? Usually people in college can think outside the box.

Find me a university that is similarly sized to PSU that handles the amount of money that PSU does and tell me that campus isn't a business as well.
