The state of sleep or rest is called YogaNidra, it's a transcendental form of sleep. Ananta Sesha glides on the cosmic or milky ocean. When the female aspect is introduced (Lakshmi) then creation begins. Ptah thinks and speaks while Sekhmet makes it happen. Brahma/Nefertum is then born of the Lotus which sprouts from Vishnu's navel.

Is it true (at least fables state) that the Ankh would need to be synchronized with each man or woman to wield certain powers? I know it sounds out there, but the Ankh was apparently used to help build the pyramids through synchronization with vibrations producing a levitation effect. I want to add that there are no text that say the ancestors of the people of Kemet came from anywhere but Africa. In this regard in the Famine Text, Imhotep guides Nwst Djoser to the fact that the Ancestors come from where the two Niles join. You can read the translation yourself. My work also goes past many Africans who study Kemet religiously. I find that they need to look past the religious and see Kemet's Dieties as more than their concepts of God. @AfricaOnlineTV - I think the ancient Egyptians knew a lot more about science, medicine and human anatomy than we give them credit for. This is my personal opinion but I think the Ankh, the ancient Egyptian symbol for life, is really representing the moment the male sperm enters the female egg. The horizontal line represents the wall of the egg and the round shape and vertical line is the sperm. As we all know, life begins when the sperm enters the egg!
The problem I have with this is that in ancient Egypt, they did not speak english, did not use our modern alphabet and likely did not spell "ankh" in any way shape or form.
So, while I can appreciate your wanting to learn about this stuff, I think you need to do a lot of pre-requisite fundamental work to gain enough of an understanding to avoid making such schoolboy errors in your theory.

I want to add that there are no text that say the ancestors of the people of Kemet came from anywhere but Africa. In this regard in the Famine Text, Imhotep guides Nwst Djoser to the fact that the Ancestors come from where the two Niles join. You can read the translation yourself. Ever consider that the ankh is an elemental symbol? Perhaps "air" or in the ancient hebrew "ruach" or "spirit/breath of god". Phonetics applied to heiroglyphs is shaky at the best of times, this is shown again and again and again.

@kunglek - I don't disagree with you that Phonetics applied to hieroglyphs can be in dispute. The elemental symbol is taken in account in another way. On my blog secretoftheankh - I discuss the elements of the Ogdoad which is hidden/unhidden, primevil matter its opposite, Light and its opposite, and Infinity and its Opposite. One the Deity creates himself - the Deity creates the Ennead - The Nine. Thanks for your comment, I will look up "ruach".

@AfricaOnlineTV - I think the ancient Egyptians knew a lot more about science, medicine and human anatomy than we give them credit for. This is my personal opinion but I think the Ankh, the ancient Egyptian symbol for life, is really representing the moment the male sperm enters the female egg. The horizontal line represents the wall of the egg and the round shape and vertical line is the sperm. As we all know, life begins when the sperm enters the egg!

The problem I have with this is that in ancient Egypt, they did not speak english, did not use our modern alphabet and likely did not spell "ankh" in any way shape or form.
So, while I can appreciate your wanting to learn about this stuff, I think you need to do a lot of pre-requisite fundamental work to gain enough of an understanding to avoid making such schoolboy errors in your theory.
Also, your racist bent on it will taint your study. Trust me, racism wrecks stuff be it black or white.

@kunglek - I'm interested in your critique - Have you studied the Mdu Ntr at all. The code was cracked by Champolian - using precisely phonetics. The Rosetta stone itself speaks to this. About Racism - Racism is in the picture only to the point that Egypt has been taken out of Africa and Nubia made irrelevant. School boy, I am not - My theory is very plausible - There must be a reason why the Ankh means life - This is an exploration into that using the cosmology. Mr. Kunglek expand further.

@AfricaOnlineTV I highly doubt it that champolian actually deciphered the mdu ntr in the first place or the hieroglyphic writtings. According to bobby hemmit, it was a black man off the street of chicago who deciphered it. It would be hard for a crakka out of nowhere without melanin and spiritual insight to deciphere an african form of writting. According to dr williams the hieroglyphic have never been deciphere period.

@kunglek if i may intervene and say, is respecting someone or something is your first step into accepting another, which in result helps you to respect yourself. be wise to lean not on your own understanding, as i will do the same. learn nothing and gain everything. the only way to do that is first by respecting another and then accepting another and accepting yourself and another....kinda like a pyramid =)

@BlackmatterX I disagree, much is held to the light and questioned, found lacking and discarded. This is growth! This is evolution. Study of the past only helps to predict ramifications and clarify unarticulated belief which is, in my opinion, born, into each of us and all of us. Through living we come to know, mostly through experience and some of the tools of knowledge (that which we are taught, we learn by doing.) that all humans are equal and all humans have created the reality we are in.

The genome project has been finished for about 10 years now, so you should be able to dig something up. By the way, the Nubian Kings came Long after the Egyptian dynasties. Separation solves nothing. Its in Ethopia which is in southern central Africa. This co-inside with the ancient Egypt writing that they come from the beginning of the Nile. The Obelisk is dated over 8000yrs. @kunglek - Actually Egypt was established in the South (Nubia) - Most of the early dynastic artifacts are in the south. The Narmer Palette is very important to this discussion because on it you will see the Twa people. Egypt was founded in Nekhem - Look it up and find where it is. The notion of Nubian Kings is a way to separate Kmt from Nubia when the evidence is that in the early days - it was the no separation. Look up Nekhem.
