  • Hi! i was wondering if i could use regular paints from michaels? i wasnt sure since it doesnt say if its acid free or not. TFS!

  • @UrbanBoutiquex3 Regular acrylic paints do not say if they are safe for scrapbooking but I think Making Memories has a line for scrapbooking if you need it archival safe. Just do not use your original photos and you should be fine. Use copies instead.

  • I see you're using a desk calendar as your "mat" to paint onto or get dirty. I do that too!!

  • I love this paint technique. It turned out so distressed looking. It is inexpensive and simple. This would be nice to use on oddly shaped chipboard. I liked how you inked the edges and then glimmer mist on top to finish it. Thanks for teaching us this!!
