Count Bleck is one of the best villains in the world (if you could call him that).

He became such a bad person after he lost the love of his life and did not see any point in having a world full of disappointment and resentment. Classical moment when his face changed for the first time in the game after Timpani called him Blumiere.

This game was way too easy, the plot was good but the creativeness with the boss battles lacked a lot. I think I enjoy turn-based battles a lot better.

Agreed. The story was great and there were great characters, but the game was laughably easy. Nintendo tried to make this game playable by people of any age and people who have no experience at games, so the result is the game's difficulty level leaves you feeling like your given chores rather then accomplishing something as you progress.

The Count has the full package: a monocle, a top hat, a freaking cape... he's got the set-up of a classic evil guy but minus the actual "evil" part in the end.

So... it isn't really THAT weird that I find him kinda sexy, is it? xD I mean... c'mon. He's a badass that believes in true love. (+ did I mention he has a cape?) He's definitely my favorite character from the entire franchise ^.^

Well, when I did some research, I found that Nastasia is a dark tribe member too. So I suppose Blumiere did look a lot like Bleck as far as skin colour/face shape and such. I also think he had the top hat beforehand.

I like to think of the of "good" Blumiere without the jagged-looking mouth, monocle, and cape, and he just wore a tux and a top hat. But that's just my personal self...

Yes, that's why I've played this game 4 times, just to revisit Bleck's story (I also love Dimentio's character).

Faded away? Well, I'm just drawing how he was "reborn" from the dialogue flashbacks in the game, so I though once he just touched the Dark Prognosticus, he sort of transformed into this villain. But I'd like to think of it as a rebirth more as well... he still never quite lets go of his love for Tippi, though, which could show he wasn't completely reborn.
