Good job but u should work on sustaining that melody. Perhaps the guitar transcription was "plainer" because it was written to promote a more sustained melody. But you still did quite the job. Some of those chords look really difficult.

It's pretty hard to play so yea, I fail once in a while hahaha. But with a better camera and a little bit of reverb it should sound better (I recorded it in my room so there's no reverb at all lol)

Problem is that I didn't have a better camera back then and I didn't know how to apply reverb xD So it sounds kinda lame in some parts... -.-

Not really, I remember playing it till the end last year but didn't get to memorize the whole thing (I was LAZY and stuff xD)

The song's pretty easy though, google the song and play it, u'll get it in no time =P

Na vd dá pra tocar a música usando notas uma oitava abaixo (fica bem mais fácil), só q como sou meio masoquista achei mais legal fazer no limite da minha capacidade xD To tentando postar umas coisas novas, mas é q tô sem unha faz um tempão. (tipo, é bizarro, eu adoro violão mas eu sou um maldito roedor de unha ¬¬)

nada cara.. tem essa de oitava abaixo não hehehe se você consegue fazer desse jeito tem que fazer assim mesmo, tirando que essa não é a parte mais difícil da música né.. vc vai deslizando a mão esquerda pra la e pra ca uma hora aí que nem consegui ver direito, mas o som ficou muito bom, toca cifra de piano em violão não deve ser fácil né heheheh

Dude u shouldn't hold urself back so much...Just read ur channel description and I don't think u suck at theory or that it takes u forever to read sheet music...Obviously ur very good at making ur own sheet music (transcription piano-guitar? Impossible for me:P) Plus ur guitar skills r great and u didn't seem to f*ck ur fingers...if I tried stretching them like this I'd definately break sth...I can't even hold a barre for more than 3 seconds..ur technique is fantastic!!Keep up the good work man!

Sooo... I'm no superhuman so like, my fingers WERE hurting quite a bunch after playing this song, it's just that I played it so many times that I ended up getting used to it (oh the wonders of cameras, u can fail millions of times, heh)

As for the transcriptions, u should try Guitar Pro sometime. U don't really need much theory to compose sth there, as the program kinda plays the notes for u.

Nah, in orchestras it's not possible to use much of the guitar's potential. Solo playing is the only way to show the true potential of the instrument =) And it's waaaaay more fun, u can play anytime u feel like it :D

Thank you for posting this arrangement. THere are very few arrangements that I are tabbed. In fact there is only one who tabs it (but it pretty short) where they go up to the 15th fret. The other arrangements stay in the 1st or 2nd fret. I like it when they hit the high notes that they are supposed to. It is more dramatic. =((((( Would you share this tab? This is my favorite song! :-D

you must have well low action on that to be playing 14th 15th 16th fret with that ease.

Uh... it wasn't exactly easy... o.0 I had to play this thing x times to make it sound more or less smooth xD (months)

But yea, u're a great observer, I did lower the strings a bit myself. But it still demands some heck of practice to make it sound clean haha

bin learnin it da last fortnight,mustve played the main bars immediatly after the short intro bout 100 times so far, got a chord change from 3rd fret through to 7th on a quick change, getting that smooth will take a while but the beauty of classical guitar is constantly challenging yourself and learning, i understand alot of people will still prefer rock but its not half as rewarding and i know im always learning 10x's as much about playin by ear thru classic guitar.anyways enough of the rant.

Well, I like rock AND classical xD It all depends on the song haha I do like Nightwish for example (specially the instrumentals), but for playing I prefer classical or any guitar stuff which doesn't involve turning the instrument into mere accompaniment =P
