A virgin cannot have muta'a for one, without parent's consent, and no parents would allow their virgin daughter to do something for the sake of sexual fulfillment obviously. So in the Muta'a contract you would place a clause which states that no sexual intercourse of any kind is allowed to take place, and Allah is the witness over you. "Do not make the halaal haraam" & "It may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you"
