yes just use tomatos thats why its called tomato sauce.Your thinkin the way thay want you to think dont think tin think tin think suger.

tomato sauce is composed of much more than just tomatoes. but it doesn't matter I found a no sugar added one a few months ago. Thanks!

i usually use about 25 cloves of golic (!), cut in half, 2 chipotles and a dried habanero. instead of fake meat i use rice. try it, you'll love it. oh, and don't worry, you won't stink cos of the golic if you cook it long enough (till it's soft)
