We agree with you 100%. We believe the first step schools need to take is school climate measurement, so administrators can get an accurate understanding of their individual situation. Then it's up to them to promote upstander behavior through school-wide efforts. Our Partner Program is relatively new but it seems to be making a difference!

I too was bullied, picked on, and teased as a child, especially in Jr High and High School. I have Aspergers Syndrome, so I was stuck with being somewhat different. We need to make some effort to curb bullying. I realize that kids will be kids, but picking on somene can't defend himself must be punished.
