After telling my wife one of my jokes, she'd say, "Keep your day job honey." Then I took Rik's classes on writing, and performance. Now, most of the time, my wife laughs at my jokes. That's improvement. Occasionally, I get up on stage and make an audience laugh. That feels great.

If you are in the southeast Rik's school is worth traveling to. In my class we had folks from Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee. Rik will give you the basics and you will learn what it is going to take to actually become a comedian. You will have a great start and I can assure there is no better person than Rik Roberts. You will enjoy the class and develop a new understanding of comedy. You'll never look at a comedian on TV again and not think of all the work that went into their performance.
