They'll ask you to change your name servers from ours to theirs, if you go to the FAQ at name.com we have instructions on how to do this. Let me give you a tip name.com... To be the best registrar, change your Registrar name to Name Networks Solutions, (something fancy when someone does a whois check, it's one of the reasons why some people use networksolutions).

Next would be to provide $5 .COM .NET domains for the first year (big whoopee!)

Now the most important one is to give me $1000 in credits for giving you this advice.

name.com do not store your payment data automatically!

I don't know why anyone would buy a domain from godaddy. Their prices are high and they seem more interested in chicks than investing more on service and prices. I have never purchased nor will purchase a domain from godaddy. Name.com is not necessarily cheap on domains. However they have some niche coupons & sales from time to time, friendly support and a functioning service that pretty much sums it up about what you need from a domain registrar.

Godaddy Sucks. I moved all my domains from them. Their UI is horrible and confusing, even for me! I bet the average person who visited their website after viewing that lame ass superbowl commercial wouldn't even know where to begin. If they did begin, they would just get slammed with worthless upsells and crappy hosting that sucks for wordpress. Name.com!

I am a GoDaddy customer, but not by choice. Need to wait 60 days until I can initiate a transfer to name.com. GoDaddy should invest some money in making their CP easier to use instead spending it on stupid commercials.
