pm_thirdpersonangle (number here) eg

Pm_thirdpersonangle 180 for a front view and pm_thirdpersonangle 0 for the back view. You need to enter pm_thirdperson 1 in the console. You can open it by pressing CTRL+ALT+` (thats the key beside 1 and above tab)
