No you are thinking of the french word voila which means "there you are". The lip product is called voile which is pronounced VOIL as in boil or foil and means veil, it is a light floaty fabric sometimes used in window dressing.

The numbers she mentions are the 'names' of MAC's brushes. The 239 is the white one that's great for eyelid, the 224 is the big fluffy black one that's awesome for blending and for the crease color, etc. The MAC website has info on these. At first it seems really hard to get the hang of but you know them off by heart after a while, haha.

I'd like her to do a video explaining them, too, actually. It'd be really helpful for beginners. Increase brush awareness, sort of! :D

you should get the chi silk infusion serum, it will protect your hair from the heat and makes it incredibly soft and doesn't make it greasy
