I'm a high end technology sales person myself in Minnesota (main land) and I sell globally. I'm so sorry you think my accent is bad, it is very little I can do about it. You might be right, but I think that these people are like most people in Venezuela that don´t know shit about the things they´re selling, they´re ¨anti parabolicos¨ as they call themselves for people that doesn´t care about anything and do messy and shitty jobs. Banks, Public Services and much more is just gargabe in Venezuela even the service in the airport it is just horrible, hopefully companies like mac would train these people to do their job right.
