@Hugotstyle68 get really comfortable with front shoves, I mean fully rotated front shoves. Once you get normal heels and shoves down, youll get varial heels. Then, place your back foot as if your going for a front shove and your front foot as ofr heelflip. Finally, kick hard as hard as you can and worry only about fully rotating the shove, the heelflip will come along.

accually varial heels are way easier to learn the varial flips! Can somebody help me, I dont know what i am doing wrong,i know the motion, the foot positioning, I shove and scoop for the front side shove and flick my heel, out in the heelflip motion, it usually spins about half way and I land it at that, but if I spin the full rotation i usually catch 1 footed but way far away from landing, anyone give me a detailed guide or any hidden tricks N tips to landing it.
