  • Well if you are still in foreclosure take them to court make them produce the note.I mean the contract you signed with the bank. You dont want a copy of your contract they need to show the original "Wet Ink Contract" Not to mention they must show the contract and the deed at the same time to show possession of ownership. And its 90% chance they cant do it because the note was sold on the market.I help people save their houses from foreclosure.even after eviction you can stop the sale and so on.

I reduced my payment 46% for 5 years and the get started info was free and the paperwork was less than $200 I went to delay or stop foreclosure online, it was easy to find, also goes by homeowners assistance info, use discount code 7129098 as there is a grant available to keep costs under 200. I am so relieved and every American deserves to stay in their home good luck and God bless

  • damn

  • they didn't read the contract properly. It was their own fault. At least this will save some people from making stupid mistakes, like not getting a lawyer to read a contract.

  • have you ever read and understand mortgage contract? You need to pay a lawyer to convert it to laymans terms.

  • same here. i get all these scams, phone calls almost everyday including credit card scams. it's called a loan or credit modification. those scammers hang up on me when i tell them to stop calling me. that's fine.also i tell them to go F themselves. my mortgage is already paid up since 1993 & they have the nerve to say that i still owe or they can help me. worst of all those scumbags tell me that Pres. Obama will give me money . victims are still falling for it.

  • @d4seasons

It is unfortunate but it is true about those types of scams you have mentioned. There even more skillful fraudsters getting away with it because people don't report them.

  • @MiCasaMiDinero. thank you for writing back. what makes me angry is that most of these scammers get away with it. i just wish those victims would speak to their lender or an attorney. don't ever let a stranger or third party get involved. why would anyone want to pay your mortgage or credit crd bills for you.we are responsible for our personals affairs. i still get these calls. they've been calling since yr. 2007. thanks again. ****

  • Business as usual. You are a renter if you are in remittance.

  • what a scumbag

  • I paid a law firm $3000 up front to modify my loan. I gave them all the paperwork, they have passed my paperwork around to 5 different people and still nothing is getting done. I just found out today that my lender has sent me a default letter. They intend to foreclose on my home and I am out of $3000 for what? I got fucked, I want to die.

  • Why I trust myself more than any other person. For if you fail you have nobody to blame but yourself.

  • tough luck, old man.

  • Read contracts, people! If you can't understand it, contact your lawyer before you sign ANYTHING. Going into this life without reading the most important paperwork in your life will get you to cost triple! Tell your kids to be friendly and all, but tell them to always read everything that they have to sign.

  • This guy should burn in hell for what he did to this poor couple. So sad.

  • Feldman Law Center is a big scam!!!!!!

Steven Craig Feldman is a dead beat dad and a scam artist!!!

  • State of Nevada has state laws prohibiting fees being charged up front for foreclosure assistance. According to NRS 645F.400, foreclosure consultants cannot charge a fee before they have performed the services promised at the point of contact.

According to NRS 598.741, companies providing counseling or assistance to a person for a loan modification should be registered with Consumer Affairs in the State of Nevada. If your company FHLM is actually a company, is it registered in Nevada?

  • Based on this info, would it be correct to say that you, Louie Frias of First Federal Realty, and Robert Wilmer of TerraSpec Holdings, are two real estate agents in the state of Nevada who has teamed up with an attorney to do the loan modifications?

If so, who receives the $3,500 fee you company charges? Is it you, your partner, or the attorney you guys work with? Or do you guys split that fee between all of you?

  • Mr LouieFrias (user name)

I took down your message because you are spamming my videos and my blog posts. And since you did not respond to my previous questions, I will ask them again:

On your website you state The founders of FederalHomeLoanMods(.)com are real estate licensees and not attorneys. You also state our attorneys focus on removing any past due balances and late charges etc. at the time of the loan modification.

  • I work for a loan modification company that really helps people. IF your dumb enough to sign a contract with out reading it that says your signing over the deed and your a renter your a moron anyway...look into every companies bbb rating before you do business with them. My company for instance has an A rating the only Loan Mod company in the country that has one. Be weary!!! but one bad apple doesnt ruin the bunch. There are places that are really helping people!!!!

  • Stay away from Feldman Law Center!!!!

  • The Bank Managers and CEO's, mortagage company's management and CEO's, Real Estate brokerages, Home Builders and crooked stock brokers should be imprisoned and their assests should be repossessed and used to pay the deficit. This is what would happens to any lower class criminal. The laws are being bent and broken and these people are walking with billions while the average American is broke as shit.

  • If they don't understand what they sign they are not LIABLE and the contract is VOIDED.

  • California's Mortgage Foreclosure Consultant Act at Civil Code 2945.4(a): "It shall be a violation for a foreclosure consultant to:

    (a) Claim, demand, charge, collect, or receive any compensation until after the foreclosure consultant has fully performed each and every service the foreclosure consultant contracted to perform or represented that he or she would perform."

  • What these loan modification companies don't tell you is that they are brokers and mortgage companies that charge anywhere from $1,400 to $4,000 to re-negotiate your loans for 5 years. Then your interest rate will adjust. It might adjust to something you can't afford. If you are behind, contact your lender and work out a deal. Do not fall into the scam of the loan modification infomercials.

  • While it's true that any contract signed should be read, understood & agreed to by both parties; the reality is that not everyone does it.

Both plaintiff & defendant have responsibilities. However, I believe companies that use deceptive marketing strategies to get complicated contracts signed are much more responsible for any legal repercussions.

According to the video Florida Home Council has broken TILA rules and has been sued many times before, what does that say about that company?

  • Plaintiff is responsible for agreement they enter into, they should have hired a lawyer to explain to them the agreement in plain language. The way I see this case, they tried to stave off the forclosure with the bank and tried to circumvent the inevitable, which is relinquishing their home. It is not right to transfer problems from one company to another hopping to avoid foreclosure, too bad it didn't work this time. I say stop blaming FloridaHomeCouncil and live up to the terms of your agreement.

  • "This is especial offer program requires No credit No advance fees & no payments for one year"

"WARNING FAILURE TO CONTACT THIS OFFICE WITHIN 48 HOURS MAY RESULT IN THE COURT SALE OF YOUR PROPERTY"

    ----------------------------------------------

I think that the warning label was pretty clear to me.

  • These scammers are just like the scammers that got so many people into unsustainable loans in the first place. America is so full of liars and scammers that it's finally come to a head. It's a "blow off top" in greed and now most of the population are going to suffer because of it. The entire financial services industry needs to be regulated and controlled. Liars & scammers must be jailed, otherwise they just pack up shop and start again.

  • Total scam.

  • SCAMMER, BEWARE! Don Brinson of Venie Brinson Realty is a Commerical real estate SCAMMER, BEWARE OF THIS 'MAN' WHO BLEATS HE'S A CHRISTIAN, YEAH RIGHT

  • Seems like these folks didn't understand neither the terms of their mortgage nor those of the company they turned to for help. I understand their pain - I've stood at the brink of foreclosure myself. But to claim that just because the name of the company began with the name of the state implies it's a State run agency is absurd. Home ownership is not a right in the United States. It's a responsibility and one that these good folks should never have taken on.

  • There's plenty of blame to go around, the blame not only falls on homeowners who were looking to get rich as advertised on infomercials and by word of mouth but also on uneducated and unscrupulous mortgage and real estate practitioners as well as lenders, investors and underwriters. The damage is done, we now need to prevent further damage!

  • @shacker2762 saying hoeownership is not a right is far from correct. in home ownership there are many federally protected rights that any trying to estroy such right can be overcome. liberty and property ownership rights cant be separated. Unless one allows them to be.

  • @combatvetlawstudent

Really? Home ownership is a right guaranteed to me like my right to free speech? Are you sure you want to make that case? If so, I'm interested in hearing more of your argument.

I agree that WITH homeownership comes rights - but it is NOT a right in and of itself.

I believe you are stating opinion, not fact - and stating opinion is something you have the RIGHT to do that NO ONE can take away.

    good debate! :-)

  • @shacker2762 Who can deny you from buying a home? I am not talking about your financial ability but every person with finaces can buy a home who can say you are not allowed to?

  • @combatvetlawstudent

My financial situation can deny me from buying a house. Homes are items, just like cars and toasters.

I have a feeling what you are speaking of is "desire". Desire is a right.

For example, I "desire" a house but my financial situation does not "allow" it. One's financial situation, in effect, can deny one's purchase of a house (of anything!).

It's the 'pursuit' of happiness we have a right to. Happiness itself it not a right.

  • @shacker2762 I understand where your coming from in that a person can not demand a house as their right they have to be able to afford it. In the same way though no one can deny a person from getting a house if they have the money. They cannot be denied if they have the money therefore in that way it is a right. Some countries DO control what a person can own. Here a person has right to own property. Compare to countries where women are not allowed such a right.

  • A mind is a terible thing to waste. This happens to uneducated people with minimum business acumen.

  • Wood, it is very true that mind is a terrible thing to waste but unfortunately not everyone has the knowledge to know what to do or not do when they are facing foreclosure.

  • They probably shouldn't have bought a home that they couldn't keep up with the payments.

They said they used Countrywide so I'm guessing it was a huge adjustable rate that started off fixed at a very low number that the couple could afford.
