This is our problem. Everyone overlooks the most important aspect of these commercials... The Message. I know it's only a commercial, but when you have a 10 year old asking you to destroy something of value that still works just to get a new one, well, that doesn't sit well with me. Why can't you show a commercial where you donate to the item to Salvation Army, or a Church, or you sell it for dirt cheap to a family who needs it. We have to stop being consumers, and start being smarter.
