I am not sure when this whole montage was put together, but the images of downtown Calgary was filmed no later than 1982. The Sun Life Plaza's north tower is still under construction, and the Petro-Canada building, among others, haven't been built yet.

That would be Norris Bick. He hosted the midday show on CBC Radio Calgary at the time, Wild Rose Country.
